/2013 was a great year!
We had a great year in 2013, with lots of releases, tours and award nominations. Wallis Bird was nominated for the prestigious Choice Music Prize in Ireland; Sizarr were nominated for the German Echo Prize, and Anais Mitchell picked up a nomination at the BBC Folk Awards. Marla Blumenblatt and David Lemaitre released their debut albums on Four Music and PIAS respectively, while Russkaja released their first album for Napalm Records. Meanwhile, Konstantin (Get Well Soon) produced the number 1 hit album by Caspar. It's been a wonderful year - thank you to all our artists and business partners for our most successful twelve months so far. We look forward to an even better 2014 with everyone. Thank you!
Wallis Bird - 11th April 2014 -Album Release
Wallis Bird will release her new Album "Architect" on the 11th April 2014, followed by a
European tour.
Anais nominated for BBC2 Folk Award
We are very proud that Anais Mitchell & Jefferson Hamer's album 'Child Ballads' picked up two nominations for the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards - Best Traditional Song and Best Album. The winners will be announced on February 19th 2014 at the Royal Albert Hall.
SIZARR - New Album
SIZARR are back in the studio and are working on their new album. We are all very excited and can't wait.
David FRANCE TOUR
David Lemaitre and band will hit the road again, January in FRANCE. After apperance in Taratara, Alcaline and many features and grand reviews, we're excited to return to amazing france. David will play Paris, Lyon, Clermont Ferrand, Angers, Strasbourg and two other shows that we can announce soon. Santé!
Cobblers Tour in February
Following their sold out UK tour in September 2013, the Keston Cobblers Club return to stages around the UK in February 2014, including a show at London's beautiful Bush Hall.
Get Well Soon - VEGA South Korea ad
Get Well Soon's song Prelude is the song of a smart phone TV campaign in South Korea with one of the most famous south korean actors.
Sizarr - Release in Australia
We are very happy to announce that Sizarr's debut album "Psycho Boy Happy" has just been released with Sony Music in Australia.
Get Well Soon - Casper Album No 1
Our artist Konstantin aka Get Well Soon produced the new album of Germany's most successful rapper, Casper, together with Markus Ganter. The album went straight to number 1 on its release week in Germany and Austria. Huge congratulations to Konstantin, Markus, Casper and his whole team and label.
David Lemaitre Autumn Tours II
David Lemaitre and band just finished their first part of the autumn tour with sold out shows in Paris and Tourcoing. End of October and November they will hit the road for more shows in Germany & Belgium.
Keston Cobblers Club - sold out UK tour
The Keston Cobblers Club just completed their debut headlining UK tour and all dates sold out, including London's Borderline which sold out four months in advance!
Marla Blumenblatt on tour
Following the release of her album, Marla Blumenblatt and her band are on tour at the moment, playing shows all over Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Besides that Marla is the new testimonial for friendscout24, the biggest single platform in GSA.
Russkaja tour
After a very successful festival summer the coolest Russian turbo metal polka combo Russkaja are back on tour in November and December.
Gabrielle - Now & Always
We're very proud to announce that Gabrielle's new album, "Now & Always - 20 Years of Dreaming" will be released on November 25th through Island Records. In her twenty year career, Gabrielle has sold over 10 million records, had ten Top 10 UK hits, won two Brit Awards, two MOBO awards and an Ivor Novello. We're excited about the new album which includes some of her greatest hits as well as six brand new tracks produced by Syience and Naughty Boy among others.
Casper/Get Well Soon/Ganter/Hinterland
Konstantin alias Get Well Soon produced the new album of german hip-hop star CASPER which is going to
be released end of September 2013, together with producer Markus Ganter. The first single "Im Ascheregen" from his second album "Hinterland" hit the german single charts at #4 this week.
David Lemaitre Autumn Tours
after the album release in April, David and Band played a succesfull tour in germany, austria & switzerland. In September, Ocrober, November they will hit the road again and bring "Latitude" across Europe incl. Belgium, France, Netherlands and again Germany, we're excited.
Marla - Immer Die Boys
After her first very successful TV appearances, retro pop queen Marla Blumenblatt will release her debut album "Immer die Boys" in September 2013 via Sony/4Music, followed by a tour in autumn 2013.
SIZARR Album No II
After a successful festival summer, playing MELT! Festival and many other festivals in Germany, Switzerland, Austria
and France, Sizarr are beginning work on their follow-up album.

After a successful festival summer, playing many festivals all over Europe, Wallis is back in the studio working on her upcoming album.
Russkaja at Wacken
Besides over 25 festivals all over Europe, one of this year's highlights was WACKEN OPEN AIR. After 2011 and 2012, Russkaja completed their hat-trick by playing three shows at the world's biggest metal festival in 2013 as well.
The band will be back for touring in autumn.
Anais Mitchell & Jefferson Hamer at E-Town
One of Anais Mitchell and Jefferson Hamer's last performances on the Child Ballads tour was documented by America's E-Town radio show for NPR.
LATITUDE
David Lemaitre's grand debut album "Latitude" is now available via PIAS Recordings in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands & Belgium.
It will be released in France on June 3rd, which we're very happy about and we're also delighted that the first single "Megalomania" got so many plays on radio stations across Europe.
SIZARR France Release & Festivalsummer
SIZARR Festivalsummer and France Release Sizarr's album "Psycho Boy Happy" is going to be released in France on 20th May and Sizarr are getting ready for a great festival summer with around 20 festivals, including MELT! Festival, Printemps Bourges, Europavox, Frequency, Dockville....
OH Boy wins 6 LOLAS
We're very happy to announce that the debut film of Jan-Ole Gerster went for a homerun at the "German Oscars", winning Best Music, Best Directing, Best Supporting-role, Best Screenplay, Best Main-Male-Role, and BEST Movie. Jan-Ole Gerster directed the first two Get Well Soon music videos and Konstantin is also featured on the original soundtrack with the end-credits song "Oh Boy".
KARAKTER & GABRIELLE
We're extremely proud to announce that Karakter is managing the UK's legendary singer-songwriter, Gabrielle, in partnership with Lisa Bennington at Music Lab Management. Gabrielle has sold millions of records worldwide and won two Brit Awards, two MOBO awards and an Ivor Novello among many other enormous achievements.
RUSSKAJA FESTIVALS
After a successful releasetour in April and May, russian highspeed sensation Russkaja are gonna head into the festivalsummer soon, playing over 20 festivals, our highlight: World's biggest Metal Festival - Wacken Open Air.
David Lemaitre TOUR
David is currently opening for Agnes Obel in Belgium's top of the line theatres. After that he and his band play the London Calling Festival in Amsterdam and then they get ready for the LATITUDE tour through Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

We are excited to release the news that Marla Blumenblatt has been signed by 4music/Sony for her debut record. The new record will be out later this year and will be something very special. We are very much looking forward to a great relationship with the amazing team at 4music.
Echo nomination and SXSW for SIZARR
We are very proud to announce that SIZARR is nominated for the critics choice award at the German music price (ECHO).
This is the most prestigious prize there, as it's voted by journalists and key industry people. After a very successful trip to SXSW this is a great honour for the band in their native country Germany.

David Lemaitre Debut, Tour & Session
PIAS Recordings will release David Lemaitre's album "Latitude" on April 19 in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. On the 22nd in Belgium and Netherlands and on June 3rd in France! The tour will take place at the end of may. Also the first video to the first single "Megalomania" is out now as a studio session on david-lemaitre.com. The music video for that will follow in April! Anais Mitchell has just finished a sold-out UK tour with Jefferson Hamer, her collaborator on the new album 'Child Ballads'. They are now in the middle of a three month US tour.

Anais Mitchell's new album 'Child Ballads' with Jefferson Hamer has been getting rave reviews, with four and five star reviews from MOJO, Uncut, The Independent on Sunday, The Observer, The Times, Sunday Times and Financial Times among others. Anais and Jefferson are currently on a UK tour including a sold-out London show, before continuing on a three month US tour.
DAVID signs to PIAS RECORDINGS
We are very delighted to announce that David Lemaitre has signed to the grand ol‘ indie-label PIAS Recordings for a release in Germany, France, Benelux, Scandinavia, Austria & Switzerland. David, orginally from La Paz in Bolivia, has released a sold-out EP on his own, played Festivals like Melt! or EuroSonic, has been on shows with Get Well Soon & Junip and played some first headling tours on his own. His music paires south-american melancholy with a variety of vintage instruments, somewhere between Elliot Smith, Kraftwerk and odd Sufjan-Stevens-like elements with a feel from the 70s. David Lemaitre‘s eagerly awaited debut album “Latitude“ will be released in spring 2013 on legendary PIAS Recordings in it‘s 31st year of existence. The label from Belgium with a structure and offices all over Europe has been a great home for acts like Agnes Obel, Mogwai, David Lynch, Soap&Skin, Alt-J and many others. We are very happy about the liasion and looking forward to a marvelous album, artist and release!
GWS & THE MASTER AND MARGERITA
We are thrilled to report, that we now have little pieces of Get Well Soon on the big theater stage. Bulgakov's masterpiece "The Master and Margarita" was made into a spectacular music drama (do not call it a musical!) to be staged at the Schauspielhaus in Frankfurt. For those unfamiliar with the novel, a short lurid teaser: "The Master and Margarita" plays partly in the Moscow of the 20s and partly in Jerusalem at the time of Jesus' crucifixion. It contains a talking cat, and of course Satan himself. There are three decapitations, a crucifixion (obviously) and 5 admissions to the madhouse. And of course, a great romance with a tragic end.
It premiered on December 7 and here are the next dates @ SCHAUSPIEL FRANKFURT(GER)

Wallis on TOUR & Choice Music Prize nominated
2012 was a very succesful and crazy year in the career of Wallis Bird. In march the 3rd selftitled album was released, followed by many tours all over europe and tv apperances. Now, in January 2013 wallis will hit the road again in Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne (SOLD OUT!), Munich, Zurich (CH) & Darmstadt. Also, Wallis is nominated for the irish choice music prize, the most credible prize for music in Ireland. The event will take place on the 7th of march in Dublin. Fingers crossed!
Get Well Soon January Tour
Get Well Soon is back on tour again for shows and cities that were not covered on the first Scarlet Beast O'Seven Heads Tour. We are very excited. The Frankfurt show is already sold out, but for Hannover, Dortmund, Cologne, Schorndorf, Basel, Brussels & Metz are still some tickets available.

Russkaja Album is finished
russian/austrian outfit RUSSKAJA finished the recording, mixing and mastering of their 3rd EPIC album "Energia!". We can't wait till you hear it too, it will be released via NAPALM RECORDS on April 5th 2013!
